Today I felt a little tired from being in a caloric deficit, but still had some time to kill. So, I ran up the hill then did a real short stair crawl.

I should have taped my good morning workout because this is the best pump I've had in a while. The initial Metabolic Adjustment has been made and my body is now functioning properly on:

Morning:Single Scoop Syntha6 shake

Lunch: 12" roast chicken sub with all the veggies (...hmm, wonder if I could qualify for a "Subway Sponsorship" I do spend 5.38 there every day....*Shrug)

Dinner:  Single scoop Syntha6 shake

This Staple diet is offset with dark leaf salads, fruits, berries, juice, and nuts.
I am also taking a daily vitamin, once or twice a week. This morning I was still sitting at just around 202 lbs from yesterday but that puts me at a total weight loss of .....73 lbs.

School has been taking a priority, however this morning I came closer to the goal. Reaching a healthy 202 lbs today, I hope to break the 200 lbs mark this weekend and post a celebratory video to commemorate the event.

Alright I Just cleared it with the esteemed Joe Ty. You might know him as the little guy with a big heart. But I know Joe as the essence of the Black Top It's Self. Joe Rocks! with the vengeance of a thousand souls distilled to their very essence an oily paste to spread upon gravel down miles of dessert to forever scorch in the hells of the Road. This is Black Top Demon. I first packed equipment for Joe 12 years ago, some people age like fine wine. Demons don't age.

Ok, felt rested, today I jogged the hill breathing only through my nose, bear crawled half the stairs, did incine pushups on a rock to failure, was cased by the police as I walked back to the hill, and did ten 30yd uphill sprints.
