Went for a run tonight, Jogged the hill then did a couple hill sprints. Felt Good. Also did 200 pushups today sets of 40. Holdin' steady at 192 lbs. I think my body fat is still around 14-15% My new goal is somewhere around 178 lbs @ 8% body fat. My lean body mass is currently calculated at 166 lbs, 34" waist, down from 46" at my peak.
This is my test intro for TopWorkout.org I think I need to start from scratch and take another shot at it. Looks kind of 1990s right?
