Anyways the way I did it was simply getting moving, any way I could. I also reevaluated my eating habits, however nothing drastic is how I've managed to continually make progress towards a better me. Eating healthier foods. Picking berries over candy, eating nuts instead of chips, and picking wraps over burgers, I still eat steaks, but I focus on salads and general vegetation.
