Hello everybody. It has been a little while since I last posted to Punk Rock Fitness but if you check out the articles I'm preparing for  you will understand why I haven't had much time for Punk Rock Fitness.

An update on my condition:

I am now weighing in at just over 190 lbs. I float between 190 and 195 depending on hydration and stomach contents. I am now wearing size 34 pants, down from tight size 44s 83 lbs ago.
